I run a more intimate mat group class with only a maximum of 6 in attendance. This allows me to focus on each individual and provide the support and adjustments required. Through this mixed ability class, you will understand the core principles and fundamentals of Pilates. As with all classes, you will have an all body work out, strengthening, increasing mobility, working on balance and improving posture.
Individual private lessons offer 100% attention and tailor-made sessions for your needs. I will work on specific fitness or unique goals. In these sessions I will focus on your form, alignment, technique, and ensure proper muscle engagement is being followed. We will work together to modify based on your fitness level, injuries and any health conditions making your one to one a personal experience. One to one sessions will allow you to progress quicker than in a group session and will offer you a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
I adopt the same style of teaching just like the one to one sessions but with the two to one class you get to bring a friend. I will ensure you both maximise your workout and will work towards your fitness plan. No two sesssions will be the same.
