Come join us in this informative beginners class. Always wanted to give Pilates a try or want to get back into it, this is the perfect class for you.
This 50 minute mixed ability mat class will provide you with an all over body work out, including stretch, mobility and strength exercises.
In my one-to-one sessions we will work towards a plan that will target the areas you would like to strengthen and constantly adapt and advance your programme.
Just like my one-to-one sessions, we will work on your Pilates plan ensuring you both maximise your workout, adapting and advancing with each session.
